CFA Judging School / Breed Awareness Orientation School at Moscow, Russia on Ferbuary 28th & March 1st and 3rd, 2013. BAOS will be held in conjunction with Chatte Noir Club show at Moscow on March 2nd and 3rd. Entry deadline is Febuary 7, 2013. More details from flyer.

At the May and June Board meetings, several rule changes were implemented concerning novices. These are cats registered in other associations but not in CFA. Rather than go over each show rule, I’m going to discuss how the new rules are implemented. First, there are now two kinds of “novices” – those who want to earn points and titles in CFA and those who just want to see what a CFA show is like.

The Spotlight Award winner for International Division - Europe in the season of 2011-2012 is Jos Wintershoven.

Now that the season is over I want to send congratulations to all of our Regional, National, and Breed Winners, to many who had first time accomplishments, and to those who had multiple accomplishments, as well.
Now is the time to celebrate your wins, and celebrate each other. Savor the feeling. For the cats that were shown this year, that feeling will last for a lifetime. It doesn't matter whether others remember, it only matters that YOU REMEMBER.

Today is really a special day.

It has taken more than 20 years from the first CFA show in Europe until today when Europe officially becomes a region, Region 9. We have all worked together for that goal, and I could not be more happy for all of you that have been a part of that process.

Thanks to all the committee members, and past chairs of the ID, for all their hard work. And THANK YOU! This could not have been done without the love and dedication to many people over the years.
